Job summary

Macmillan Davies are partnering with a UK technology company to recruit an experienced HR and Recruitment Manager on a part-time basis. The role is predominantly office-based in Borehamwood with Wednesdays on-site, approximately 15 hours per week, flexible up to 18–20 hours, either across two full days or four shorter days.

You will support around 50 UK employees, reporting to the Managing Director and senior leadership, handling HR across the full lifecycle and leading recruitment across

Qualifications

• Strong UK generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Confident advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience with telecommunications or technology and outsourced payroll would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide standalone day-to-day HR support across the UK business
• Advise on employment law, HR policies, governance and contracts
• Manage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation
• Implement and improve HR systems and processes
• Lead recruitment across administration, warehouse, R&D and marketing roles
• Provide trusted HR advice and support to senior leadership
• Work alongside Finance and an external provider on payroll processes
