Job summary

Future is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers and coordinate end-to-end recruitment. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in our Bath office, and focuses on delivering a high-quality candidate experience across divisions.

You will build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, maintain data accuracy in Workable, and guide stakeholders through interview logistics and offer negotiations. The role offers uncapped leave and profit-sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar candidate sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Workable or other candidate databases.
• Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting a positive candidate journey.

Responsibilities

• Utilise sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Manage candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system, Workable, ensuring high data accuracy.
• Conduct candidate phone screenings, evaluate suitability, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with hiring managers, offering clear best-practice recruitment guidance.
• Organise interview logistics, manage feedback collection, and lead offer negotiations.
