Job summary

Catering in Towcester, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Customer Service – Order to Cash Coordinator to join our team. This role links customers, sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure accurate order processing through invoicing and payment resolution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, sales, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Process customer orders accurately within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.
• Act as local JDE Key User and support system improvements and testing.
• Manage inquiries on product availability, orders, deliveries, invoices, returns and credits.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality and Regulatory teams.
