Job summary

SCC in Birmingham is seeking a Customer Sales Co-ordinator to join the Central Support team. You will manage new customer orders and provide frontline customer service, coordinating with sales and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

The role offers hybrid working, a permanent contract, and a salary of £26,227.50 plus extensive company benefits. You will work 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with two volunteering days per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and supporting sales processes.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and communicate clearly with internal/external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MS Office and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and manage requests through call systems within SLAs.
• Process sales orders and coordinate purchase orders and deliveries.
• Provide regular order status updates and proactive issue resolution.
• Support after-sales activities and credit/return handling where required.
• Produce customer reports and maintain accurate records.
