Job summary

Moneycorp in Coventry is seeking an Operations Team Leader to guide and develop our settlements and operations teams, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and adherence to SLAs. Based in Coventry with a flexible policy allowing up to 2 days from home, you will drive performance, coach staff and coordinate with other departments to deliver projects to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing operational teams.
• Interest in technology, foreign exchange, and payments; interest in data and modelling.
• Interest in improving processes to ensure efficiency and a better client experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure priorities are communicated to stakeholders.
• Manage to resolution and report non-compliance to Head of Operations.
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues across the business.
• Provide ownership and resolution for settlements workstreams.
• Create a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
• Conduct staff training and coaching for settlements teams.
• Encourage critical thinking and employee development.
• Manage team resources and training to meet obligations.
• Conduct probationary meetings and 121s.
• Provide performance reports (daily, monthly, adhoc).
• Maintain documented SOPs.
• Coordinate with other team leaders to align tasks and SLAs.
