Acosta Europe is seeking an Operations Executive in Stoke to join our team and ensure seamless operational delivery for a key account. The role covers data management, support for field operations, and reporting while working in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle data quality, onboarding processes, and client objectives, with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days from home). The position offers growth and a collaborative culture within a values-driven company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Downloading and quality-checking retailer sales data daily.
• Ensuring master data is accurate and aligned to standard processes.
• Communicating issues promptly with stakeholders for quick resolution.
• Managing onboarding/offboarding for Account starters and leavers.
• Creating, configuring, and testing field execution tools per client objectives.
• Responding to operational queries via Manage Engine and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prioritising and managing all Account requests, escalating when needed.
• Supporting field teams with travel bookings, briefs, and fleet queries.
• Contributing to territory and route optimisation using CAC I.
• Providing holiday and absence cover across the team.
• Completing ad-hoc reporting and basic analysis.
• Updating Account callfiles to quality standards.
• Reconciling company credit card and E&O activity.
