Job summary

Bellrock is seeking an Operations and Compliance Manager to support the Account Manager in delivering service targets and legal compliance across a national multi-site account (approx. 550 sites) within retail and leisure.

The role involves ensuring efficient daily operations, stakeholder management, and driving continuous improvement in health, safety, environmental and sustainability performance. You will lead on statutory maintenance planning, audit contractor compliance, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• IT literacy with Excel data manipulation
• IOSH Managing Safely
• Facilities Management qualification / working towards FM qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' operational experience in FM
• Experience delivering statutory and non-statutory compliance
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance documents
• Health, safety, environmental and sustainability awareness
• Client-facing experience with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with suppliers
• Managing multiple priorities daily
• Data management, analysis and reporting
• Adherence to process and procedures

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan to improve service delivery by influencing others and communicate it to stakeholders
• Build knowledge of legislation and guidance for technical services
• Audit contractor work to ensure statutory and non-statutory obligations are met
• Deliver statutory planned maintenance and remedials to ensure asset compliance
• Foster a positive Health and Safety culture and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with Bellrock Customer Service and Excellence Centre
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships across the contract
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager and suppliers to drive improvements
• Identify and address supply chain performance issues
• Identify and act on potential cost-saving opportunities
• Assist client in identifying additional Bellrock services
• Embrace learning and personal development opportunities
• Promote Bellrock culture within the business
