Job summary

Bellrock is seeking a Compliance Co-ordinator in Leicester to ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory and internal standards across CSEC and IAC. The role reports to the Quality Assurance Team Manager and focuses on governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

You will monitor compliance performance, develop dashboards and reports, engage with clients and suppliers, and drive actions to maintain 100% compliance across contracts. A strong background in FM compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management compliance or governance.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health & safety accreditation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with contractual, legal, statutory and health & safety obligations across CSEC and IAC.
• Identify, manage and expedite compliance breaches, risks, or non-conformances.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure adherence to processes, contracts and governance standards.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders and provide compliance expertise in meetings.
• Develop and produce compliance dashboards, reports and performance updates.
• Conduct trend analysis to identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support audit preparation, delivery and timely corrective actions.
• Drive a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across contracts.
