Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Facilities & Compliance Manager to lead hard and soft FM services across a diverse portfolio of UK offices. You will manage specialist contractors, ensure compliance, health and safety, and drive efficient, well-maintained environments.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate PPM programmes, manage RAMS and risk, and work with landlords to gather compliance information. The role requires UK-based travel and flexibility to attend sites as needed.

Formación

• Significant facilities management and contractor management experience.
• Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance, permits to work and RAMS.
• Experience with CAFM, BMS and onsite project coordination is essential.
• IOSH Managing Safely is required; NEBOSH and IWFM desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management across multiple UK offices.
• Manage specialist contracts, contractors and compliance activities.
• Lead PPM programmes and remedial actions; coordinate reactive maintenance.
• Coordinate with landlords/agents for compliance information and site needs.
