Confidential in Central London is seeking a Sales Executive to manage inbound enquiries from private investors looking to invest in physical gold and silver bullion and precious metal assets, guiding clients through the investment process with a consultative, compliant approach.

You will convert inbound leads into revenue, build long-term relationships, cross-sell across investment products, and work with Operations and Compliance to ensure smooth trade execution, in a hybrid London role with a

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, financial services or brokerage.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Convert inbound enquiries into completed sales, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Cross-sell and up-sell across a range of gold and silver investment products.
• Provide balanced, compliant and informed investment guidance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal compliance processes.
• Identify and develop new introducer and intermediary relationships (IFAs, partnerships).
• Work closely with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure smooth trade execution.
• Contribute to marketing content and market commentary where appropriate.
