Job summary

Candy Hoover Group S.R.L. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to handle omni-channel inquiries at our Bolton Call Centre. You will support customers through phone and live chat, coordinating repairs and service visits to ensure high satisfaction.

Based in Bolton with a hybrid working option, you will be part of a team focused on best-in-class service, using product knowledge to resolve issues and when needed arranging engineer visits to customers' homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments, preferably call centres.
• Ability to manage multiple channels (phone, live chat, email).
• Empathetic approach and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers via telephone and live chat to arrange repairs.
• Proactively support customers using multiple contact platforms.
• Coordinate with engineers to visit customers’ homes when needed.
