Qualifications

• We are looking for someone passionate about customer service.
• Experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment.
• Experience dealing with customers across live chat or telephone channels.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers via telephone and live chat to arrange repairs for domestic appliances.
• Proactively manage customers using live chat across multiple platforms with a customer-first approach.
• View customer account details, process information accurately, and use product knowledge to resolve queries; arrange for engineers if needed.
