Based at our Bolton centre with hybrid working, you will use product knowledge to resolve queries, escalate when needed, and coordinate engineers visits to customers' homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments, preferably in a call centre or live chat setup.
• Ability to manage customer interactions across telephone and live chat channels.
• Strong empathy and problem-solving to resolve issues.

Responsibilities
