Hybrid Health and Disability Assessors

Location: Southampton

Contract Type: Full-time, Mon - Fri only

A leading organization is seeking qualified health professionals to transition from traditional clinical roles into a dynamic position that allows you to build on and enhance your existing skills.

They are hiring Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics, and Pharmacists to join as Health and Disability Assessors: a unique role combining healthcare expertise with real-world impact.

What's the Role?

Focus on listening and understanding rather than hospital wards. After training, you'll meet individuals virtually or in person to understand how their health conditions impact their daily lives. You'll then compile clear, evidence-based reports to assist decision-makers in supporting those in need.

No treatments, no long shifts: just meaningful conversations and professional insights, all within a 9-5, Monday to Friday schedule.

What You'll Need

• 1+ year of recent, broad-based post-registration experience in your profession
• Active registration with the NMC, HCPC, or equivalent with no restrictions
• Strong communication, listening, and IT skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK; no sponsorship available
