System Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead digital transformation sales for NHS trusts. The role focuses on selling front-end EPR solutions to CIOs, expanding new business and growing key accounts in healthcare.

This hybrid position requires 2 days in Guildford with home-based work, offering £70,000-£80,000 base plus uncapped OTE. Previous BD experience in digital health and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualificações

• 2 to 5 years business development experience selling solutions into CIO level NHS contacts.
• Essential experience selling digital health software (front end EPR systems).

Responsabilidades

• Win new business and grow existing accounts across your region.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, proposals and bids through to closure.
• Attend regional and national networking events and build strong client and partner relationships.
