System Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead digital transformation sales for NHS trusts. The role focuses on selling front-end EPR solutions to CIOs, expanding new business and growing key accounts in healthcare.

This hybrid position requires 2 days in Guildford with home-based work, offering £70,000-£80,000 base plus uncapped OTE. Previous BD experience in digital health and ERP familiarity are essential.

A leading consultancy delivering Healthcare Trust Digital Transformation Projects for NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations have an immediate requirement for an experienced Business Development Manager to join them.

Salary: Circa £70,000 - 80,000 basic (depending upon exp)

OTE Circa £150k+ uncapped + excellent benefits

Location: Hybrid - home/travel and 2 days in office - Guildford - GU1 4UT

As Business Development Manager it is essential you have 2 to 5 years business development experience, selling solutions into CIO level NHS contacts. Previous experience of selling digital health software (front end EPR systems) is essential.

This is a key role in the business which will involve both new business development and growing existing accounts. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in Guildford.
