Job summary
Dynamic Search Solutions is seeking a Network Support Engineer to join a Cheshire-based hybrid role, working 2/3 days onsite. You will provide daily support for enterprise networks, configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching, LAN/WLAN and firewall technologies, and act as a first line for incident resolution.
Ideal candidates will hold CCNP level hands-on experience, strong knowledge of OSPF/EIGRP/BGP, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Qualifications
- CCNP level hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WLAN and firewall technologies.
- Familiarity with network security principles and firewall management.
- Experience with OSPF, EIGRP and BGP protocols.
- Proactive troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to continuously learn about networking tech.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for enterprise networks and security.
- Configure, troubleshoot and maintain Cisco routing, switching, LAN/WLAN and firewalls.
- Serve as first escalation point for network incidents to meet SLAs.
- Assist with SDN-related projects and collaboration with consultants.
