Mott MacDonald in the UK is seeking a Modern Workplace Lead to shape how the organisation collaborates and innovates. You will own the strategy and lifecycle of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and related services across the enterprise.

You will act as a senior service authority, partnering with Architecture, Security, IT Operations and strategic partners to drive secure, compliant and resilient productivity experiences, including Copilot and AI readiness.

Competenze

• Experience leading Microsoft services in a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Ability to set standards, governance and security controls across collaboration platforms.
• Proven leadership in platform architecture, security, and compliance.

• Own the end-to-end strategy, lifecycle and roadmap for Microsoft 365 and related services across the organisation.
• Set and assure platform standards, baselines, guardrails and governance across collaboration, identity, information protection and automation.
• Lead change and integration, ensuring impacts, dependencies and risks are understood.
• Ensure new services are secure, documented and recoverable before release.
• Maintain evidence for audits and address vulnerabilities and gaps promptly.
• Lead Copilot and AI readiness, including security and adoption.
