Job summary

Rise Technical in Leeds is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead Mechanical Building Services projects from inception through to completion. The role offers hybrid working between the Leeds office, home and project sites, with chartership support and a clear path for career progression.

The successful candidate will design and deliver mechanical building services, produce specifications and cost estimates, manage contracts and liaise with clients and stakeholders, while maintaining project

Qualifications

Experience in Mechanical Building Services design from inception to completion.
Ability to manage projects independently and monitor costs.
CSCS card and driving licence required.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Leading Mechanical Building Services projects from inception through to completion.
Producing designs, specifications, drawings and tender documentation.
Managing contracts and project delivery.
Preparing budget estimates and monitoring project costs.
Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
Supporting condition, asset and dilapidation surveys where required.
Hybrid working between the Leeds office, home and project sites.
