In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Mechanical Building Services projects from concept through to completion. You will produce designs, specifications, tender documentation and cost estimates, manage contracts, liaise with clients and stakeholders, oversee project profitability and promote sustainable engineering solutions across a variety of building projects.
The ideal candidate will have Mechanical Building Services design experience, the ability to manage independently and strong knowledge of running projects from inception through to completion.
