Jackson Hogg Ltd. seeks a Materials and Supply Chain Coordinator in Newton Aycliffe to support day-to-day procurement and project coordination.

The role covers maintaining trackers, expediting materials and communicating progress and risks across Procurement, Projects, Production, Engineering, Quality and Logistics. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days per week from home, 37.5 hours, and up to £32k DOE.

Competenze

• Experience in procurement, supply chain coordination or project coordination.
• Experience expediting suppliers and obtaining progress updates.
• Knowledge of PO lifecycles and ERP systems is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Maintain purchase orders, supplier and project trackers with dates, status and actions.
• Obtain supplier acknowledgements and confirm delivery commitments.
• Expedite materials and services and escalate risks early.
• Coordinate actions between suppliers and internal teams.
• Provide logistics readiness dates and update ERP records with audit trails.
• Produce status updates and KPI information on overdue actions.
