AWD online is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee stock, forecasting, logistics and retailer administration across client accounts. The role offers hybrid working after training and a path to grow in supply chain operations.

The position requires strong Excel skills, numeracy, and effective communication with colleagues and external contacts. Office-based Beamsley location with potential 50% homeworking after training.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Stock and forecasting data to support stock management.
• Arrange transport and 3PL bookings via portals, email and phone.
• Administer purchase orders with suppliers.
• Set up product lines and promotions on retailer portals.
• Provide data to support accounts' financial processing.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day supply chain challenges.
