Responsibilities

• Produce content and materials: web content, collateral, case studies, newsletters and release notes.
• Maintain product manuals and FAQs for customer support.
• Plan and execute integrated direct marketing campaigns with lead generation.
• Manage company websites and microsites, including SEO and content publishing.
• Develop AI toolkits and workflows to multiply team output.
• Monitor and report on campaign and site performance to improve ROI.
