Job summary

Future is seeking a Growth Marketing Senior to manage multi-channel paid media campaigns, focusing on acquisition, revenue, and efficiency. You will collaborate with brand, e‑commerce, and agency partners to translate business objectives into performance-driven plans.

You’ll track key metrics, optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and more, and test new approaches using AI tools to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid Bath/London-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid media channels with a focus on growth.
• Ability to partner with external media agencies and ensure high performance.
• Analytical skills to turn campaign data into insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks across messaging, creative formats, audiences, and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Manage growth marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Spotify, and Reddit.
• Collaborate with external media agencies to align plans with budgets and priorities.
• Track ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates to identify opportunities.
• Run structured test-and-learn experiments across campaigns and creatives.
• Coordinate with brand, e‑commerce, and commercial teams to convert goals into plans.
• Present performance insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
