Job summary

TalentTech Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive in IT Networking & Security for the UK with hybrid working between home and client sites. Up to £48,000 basic, plus bonus and benefits, with ideal candidate having 3+ years in B2B tech marketing and strong copywriting skills.

You will lead hands-on marketing, content production, website maintenance (WordPress), and AI-enabled workflows to drive leads, measure ROI and grow the company’s digital presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech.
• Hands-on use of AI in marketing with concrete examples.
• Fluent copywriter with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise across copywriting, design or digital marketing.
• Ability to contribute to marketing strategy with measurable campaigns.
• Structured, data-driven approach, possibly with a degree.
• Highly organized and autonomous, with delivery track record.
• Clear communicat or who can present tough information.
• Team player in an entrepreneurial SME environment.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role in a small marketing team, producing most output in-house.
• Create content and materials: web content, collateral, case studies, newsletters, factsheets, release notes.
• Keep product manuals and FAQs up to date for customers.
• Manage integrated direct marketing campaigns: build lists, define messages, automate workflows, analyse leads.
• Maintain and develop websites/microsites using WordPress; SEO and PPC optimisation.
• Build AI tools/workflows to multiply team output.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign, website and content performance.
• Contribute to social media campaigns and overall web direction.
• Contribute to product strategy and marketing planning with market/geography insights.
• Occasional major content projects for new products, webinars, partner marketing.
• Work with senior team; potentially lead the marketing function.
