Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a Salisbury-based manufacturer to recruit a Management Accountant. The role focuses on costings, stock management, and collaboration with operational teams to improve inventory valuation and controls.

The successful candidate will hold ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent, bring strong analytical skills and Excel prowess, and work in a hybrid setup with in-office days and home-working options. Salary depends on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Manage costings and WIP for manufacturing.
• Conduct stock reconciliations and analyse trends.
• Partner with operations to optimise inventory valuation and control.
• Support reporting, forecasting and month-end close for inventory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to improve inventory accuracy.
