Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or working towards a professional finance qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Proven ability to manipulate data in Excel and present clear information.
• Capable of prioritising multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end closing including journals and reconciliations.
• Manage accruals and prepayments and support VAT submissions.
• Oversee supplier relationships, resolve invoice discrepancies, monitor cash flow.
• Support accounts payable and receivable, and respond to escalated queries.
• Contribute to finance projects and process improvements for efficiency.
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting for different departments; assist with cashflow forecasting.
