Cairn Housing Association Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to deliver an effective service within the Maintenance Team, providing excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions, telephone calls and written communications. You will support the Maintenance Manager with repairs contracts, supervise contractors, and ensure safety, quality and value within budget.

The role requires knowledge of property and asset management, project coordination, and a full UK driving

Competenze

• Experience with property and asset management systems to maintain stock data.
• Strong project coordination and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Mansioni

• Support Maintenance Manager with repairs contracts and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise specialist contractors ensuring safety, quality and proper invoicing.
• Deliver void repairs processes and maintain service standards.
• Provide guidance on alterations or rechargeable repairs per policy.
• Foster partnership working to improve performance and consistency.
