Clanmil Housing Association is seeking a Response Assets Officer to join our Assets team in Belfast. You will help ensure homes remain safe, comfortable and welcoming, working with contractors to deliver high-quality asset management services across your area.

The role is based at our Head Office in Belfast City Centre and offers hybrid working. You will have at least three years' experience in construction, building maintenance or property management, or five years' equivalent experience in

• Minimum three years demonstrable experience in construction, building maintenance or property management.
• Alternatively five years relevant experience in lieu of a qualification.
