Job summary

De Montfort University (DMU) is seeking a technically capable M365 Analyst to support, improve and develop the university's Microsoft 365 collaboration, communication and digital workplace services. This hands-on role shapes the digital experience for students and staff, working with senior colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable and user-centred Microsoft 365 services.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Microsoft 365 services in a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
• Ability to design secure, user-centred digital workplace solutions and support adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support, improve and develop Microsoft 365 services across the university.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable digital workplace services.
• Assist governance, compliance, security initiatives and drive user adoption and performance improvements.
