Job summary

Randstad CPE is partnering with a Tier 1 contractor near Reading to appoint a Building Services/Technical Manager responsible for the services packages across multiple projects. The role involves collaboration with bid teams at preconstruction and close coordination with design and commercial teams to drive best practice from feasibility to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical and electrical services on major projects.
• Involvement with pre-construction, feasibility studies and delivery.
• Ability to coordinate with design, commercial and bidding teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the services packages across multiple schemes on site.
• Lead collaboration with bid/estimating teams at preconstruction.
• Manage subcontractors through installation, commissioning and handover.
