The role blends hands-on delivery with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring strong knowledge of backup platforms (Acronis or similar) and the Microsoft security stack. You will build trusted relationships and drive adoption while resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with backup and data protection solutions (Acronis or similar).
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Security Platform.
• Customer success or technical account management experience.
• Operational/IT background is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise customers on backup and data protection solutions.
• Provide guidance across the Microsoft security platform.
• Act as a trusted technical contact and drive adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with internal teams.
• Identify gaps or risks and recommend improvements.
