Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements, from presales and design through delivery and handover.
• Design secure, resilient on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure solutions aligned to customer and operational requirements.
• Deliver and support infrastructure platforms covering virtualization, networking, core services, and Microsoft technologies.
• Architect and implement high availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions across complex environments.
• Lead or support infrastructure deployments, migrations, upgrades, and modernisation initiatives.
