Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive Logistics Administrator in Nottingham on a hybrid basis for a 6-month contract with £30,000 pro rata. The role supports end-to-end shipping, warehouse coordination and operational logistics for a busy Nottingham-based operation.

You will work closely with 3PL providers, warehouse teams, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure goods are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have logistics or supply chain administration experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and IT skills; good communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate goods collection and outbound shipping.
• Liaise with 3PL partners for pickups and updates.
• Maintain shipping logs, PODs and tracking records.
• Monitor inbound/outbound POs and stock levels.
• Handle domestic and international shipments and documentation.
• Resolve delivery issues and escalate when needed.
