Job summary

ReBound UK, part of the Reconomy Group, is hiring an Orchestration & Logistics Analyst to turn raw operation data into actionable insights across our global networks.

You’ll work in the Orchestration team to cut costs, standardise processes and build dashboards with Excel, Tableau and Power BI, using DMAIC and Lean methodologies.

No prior industry experience is required; a data mindset and collaborative teamwork will help you grow quickly in this hybrid role in Telford.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, engineering, logistics or operations management.
• Experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support projects with strong analytics to inform high-stakes changes in operations.
• Collaborate across cost optimisation, logistics flow, KPI standardisation and trend analysis.
• Identify data issues and opportunities, solving problems independently.
• Work with BI teams to standardise reporting and metrics.
• Explore automation and AI tooling to improve ways of working.
• Drive data-driven ideas and help implement improvements with cross-functional teams.
