ReBound UK, part of the Reconomy Group, is hiring a Continuous Improvement & Logistics Analyst in Telford. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights to guide investments and operational changes within a global logistics context.

You’ll work on cost and network modelling, KPI standardisation, and supporting the innovation pipeline, with opportunities to automate processes and apply AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, engineering, logistics or operations management (essential).
• Experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw operational data into clear, reliable analyses to guide investment and change decisions.
• Model costs and network performance, KPI reporting, trend analysis, and business-case development.
• Collaborate with BI teams to standardise reporting and metrics; identify automation opportunities and AI tooling.
