Our core values drive everything we do. We believe in promoting a supportive environment for our colleagues, delivering exceptional service to our customers, contributing to the community, and working towards a more sustainable environment. If you share these values and are passionate about making a positive impact, we'd love to have you on our team.
Looking for a first role where your love of data actually matters? This is a brilliant opportunity for a recent graduate to see their analysis shape real decisions across a global logistics business.
Our Orchestration team sits within Logistics and looks at how the whole operation runs, end to end. Our job is to make it work better: reducing costs, keeping clients happy, standardising how our sites operate, and building a network that can scale as we grow.
As our Orchestration & Logistics Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of that work. You’ll take raw operational data and turn it into clear, reliable analysis that helps us decide where to invest, what to change and how to do it. Along the way you’ll get hands-on with a wide mix of projects, from cost and network modelling to KPI reporting, trend analysis and building the business case for change.
Curiosity counts as much as technical skill here. We’ll encourage you to question the numbers, spot problems and opportunities before anyone asks, and work with teams across the business to turn your ideas into reality. There’s plenty of room for fresh thinking too, so if you have ideas about automation, digital tools or AI, we want to hear them.
You don’t need years of experience. What matters is a sharp analytical mind, a genuine interest in how things work, and the drive to learn quickly. If you want a first role where you’ll grow fast and see your work make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
At ReBound UK, we are committed to providing all our colleagues with a thorough onboarding experience from their first day, this encompasses continuous training and development opportunities throughout your time with us. You will be part of a department that fosters a transparent and collaborative team environment aligned with our company vision. We understand the significance of maintaining a healthy work/life balance, which is why we offer a hybrid working model for our office staff. We recognise the importance of individuals wellbeing and being able to take time away from the business to recharge so we offer colleagues the ability to be able to purchase up to an additional 10 days holidays on top of their current allowance. We're passionate about making a difference—and we know our people are too. That’s why we offer two fully paid days off each year for you to support the causes you care about. Whether it's volunteering at a local shelter, planting trees, or running a fundraiser, we’ll give you the time to give back.
