You will work closely with leadership to enhance productivity, support ERP transformation and deliver data-driven operational insights.

The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, KPI development, and collaboration across logistics teams to implement measurable improvements and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with a Transport Management System (TMS).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience developing operational KPIs and performance reporting.
• Process improvement and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into operational action.

Responsibilities

• Analyse warehouse and transport performance data and develop KPI dashboards.
• Monitor productivity, service and cost performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support productivity improvement programmes and root cause analysis.
• Develop reporting and BI solutions using Power BI and support SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Collaborate with transport, warehouse and operational teams to drive changes.
