Job summary

Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is recruiting a Logistics Administrator to support shipment bookings, milestones, supplier follow-up and issue escalation to help ensure on-time delivery. Duties include customs clearance, terminology, documentation, import/export planning and coordinating multi‑mode transport (road, sea and air).

You will perform heavy data entry using Excel, Outlook and Teams with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with customs clearance and documentation processes.
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination is a plus.
