Creating and maintaining system documentation, processes and user guides.

Working with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and deliver enhancements.

Identifying opportunities to improve the user experience and increase platform adoption.

What you'll need

Experience administering or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology platforms.

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing system configuration, testing, upgrades and user support.

Experience supporting the implementation and adoption of digital learning solutions.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across Learning, HR, IT and business teams.

Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Experience creating and maintaining system documentation, processes and user guides.

Knowledge of learning technologies, digital learning tools and e-learning standards.

Experience working with system integrations, reporting and vendor management.

An understanding of learning and development processes and how technology can enhance the learner experience.

A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering a great user experience.

What you'll get

A competitive salary between £50,000 - £59,000 per annum - dependent on capability.

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
