Job summary

Asda is seeking a data-driven Training & Development Designer to join its Customer Experience team. You will design, develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions that build colleague capability and improve customer outcomes across internal and BPO contact centre operations.

You will own new hire curricula, deliver training, and lead Train the Trainer activities while supporting transformation and change to ensure readiness for go-live.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies and evaluation.
• Experience designing and delivering learning curricula across multiple formats.
• Proven ability to translate processes into effective training content.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to measure impact using data and feedback.
• Experience supporting transformation and change through learning.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve new hire curricula and ongoing learning.
• Design learning solutions across classroom, virtual and digital formats.
• Translate complex processes into clear training content and materials.
• Deliver training to colleagues across internal and BPO operations.
• Lead Train the Trainer activity to ensure consistent delivery.
• Support transformation programmes with learning deployment plans.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and BPO stakeholders to maintain learning standards.
