Sainsbury's is seeking a Learning Designer to craft high-quality digital and blended learning experiences for colleagues across the business. You’ll translate complex information into clear, visually engaging content and collaborate with learning specialists and stakeholders to shape modern solutions.

You’ll apply instructional design methods, produce prototypes, and iteratively improve the learner experience while ensuring accessibility and consistency throughout all materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing digital and blended learning solutions.
• Transform complex or technical information into clear, engaging learning content.
• Strong visual design and content-creation skills using authoring tools such as Storyline, Evolve and Rise.
• Practical experience with instructional design approaches and learner-centered design.
• Collaborative with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to shape effective learning solutions.
• Designs that meet accessibility and inclusive design standards.
