Asda Stores Ltd is seeking an experienced Supply Solutions Architect to lead the design of our future application and technology landscape. You will shape how the supply chain systems integrate, engage and scale across the organisation, with a focus on modern platforms and secure, observable design.

You will join a mature architecture practice of 40+ professionals and benefit from training, development time, and access to leading cloud tooling and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with the solution design of modern Supply Chain including Forecasting, Fulfilment, Modular Planning, Order Execution, Parcel Management, Warehouse Management, Warehouse Automation and Transport management.
• Experience in solution design and a real passion for current technology trends.
• Strong grasp of different integration design patterns and technologies.
• Ability to approach design with timeliness, cost and quality factors in mind, a focus on security by design and experience of observability patterns and technologies.
• Experience of risk identification and mitigation, quantification and qualification non-functional and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the future application and technology landscape for Asda.
• Work with a team of 40+ in a mature architecture practice.
• Develop solutions involving supply chain tech with Manhattan, Blue Yonder and SAP at the heart.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver architectural changes.
