Job summary

Matthew Clark Bibendum is seeking a Learning Coordinator to support Talent Development programmes. The role is hybrid, with 2 days onsite at the London office, and involves delivering engaging learning experiences across the business.

You'll coordinate programmes, manage calendars and liaise with external providers to ensure a smooth end-to-end learner journey. This is a hands-on posting requiring strong organisation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Learning Coordinator, Learning Administrator, L&D Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the logistics of learning programmes, workshops, virtual sessions and accredited training.
• Manage learning calendars, scheduling, venue bookings and facilitator coordination.
• Prepare learning materials and support the organisation of development activities.
• Ensure learners receive timely and accurate communications.
• Provide day-to-day administration of the Learning Experience Platform (LXP/LMS).
• Maintain learner records and learning content; track progress.
