Job summary

Bruin in London is seeking a highly organised Talent Development Specialist to support the administration and coordination of talent development programmes across the business. The role offers hybrid working and broad exposure to learning, leadership development, mentoring, coaching and early careers initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage learning programmes, coordinate events, administer coaching and mentoring, and provide excellent stakeholder support across HR and talent

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR or Training Administration.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Talent Development mailbox and responding to employee queries.
• Coordinating learning programmes, workshops and development events.
• Processing study support requests and invoices.
• Administering coaching and mentoring programmes.
• Maintaining Talent Development intranet and SharePoint sites.
• Supporting apprenticeship and internship programmes.
• Producing training, compliance and participation reports.
• Monitoring programme trackers and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Supporting the delivery of firmwide talent and learning initiatives.
