Lancashire Adult Learning is hiring a Marketing Executive to drive growth in East Lancashire Learning Group’s adult education brands. The role is based primarily at Lancashire Adult Learning with travel to other sites as needed.

You will develop and deliver campaigns across learner recruitment, content creation and stakeholder engagement, aiming to raise profiles, attract learners and engage partners. This role rewards proactive, KPI-driven marketing and strong relationship building across

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in a relevant field.
• CIM or CIPR qualification.
• Proven track record of creating/multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Experience with KPIs to analyse and measure effectiveness.
• Experience in project management and meeting deadlines.
• Experience developing, measuring and reporting on KPIs.
• Experience building relationships and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Marketing and Comms in development and delivery of marketing activity and collateral.
• Plan, execute, track and measure multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Manage online channels, including social media and websites.
• Conduct market research to analyse trends and identify opportunities.
• Produce marketing collateral (leaflets, posters, podcasts, videos).
