Job summary

Skills for Security is hiring a Learner Engagement Officer to join our UK team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage a caseload of learners, conduct progress reviews with learners and employers, and maintain accurate records. Training will be provided.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring learner progress, identifying support needs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple learners
• Strong written and verbal communication to support learners and employers
• Detail oriented with accurate record-keeping
• Ability to work proactively on own initiative
• Strong time management and prioritisation to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners and complete progress reviews with accuracy
• Record conversations and learner progress against targets
• Provide first-line support and signpost to appropriate services
• Coordinate with sector experts to contextualise feedback
• Support learners and employers to ensure regulatory compliance
• Promote apprenticeship requirements beyond subject areas
