Job summary

Zohorecruit is hiring a Learner Engagement Officer for the Watford Centre to support learners and engage employers within a hybrid role. The position is full-time and permanent, based at the local training centre around 1-2 days per week.

You will conduct progress reviews, coordinate interventions, and promote apprenticeship standards while delivering excellent customer service and building employer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular learner progress reviews with apprentices and employers.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Identify learners requiring additional support and coordinate interventions.
• Liaise with specialist tutors and coaches to support learner development.
• Chase outstanding reviews, documentation and learner submissions.
• Provide advice and guidance to learners and employers throughout the apprenticeship.
• Promote compliance with apprenticeship standards and funding requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong employer relationships.
• Support quality improvement activities and occasional examination invigilation.
