Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated People Development Trainer to join our Training Team. You will deliver Leadership & Management and Learning & Development training for staff across the Trust, inspiring learners at all levels with engaging content delivered both remotely and face-to-face.

You will work closely with fellow trainers and leads to build capability through innovative training solutions aligned to organisational goals, with regular development

Qualifications

• Up to date knowledge of training delivery and development.
• Knowledge of teaching and learning theory and best practices in effectively delivering training.
• Specialist knowledge in planning, creating, leading and evaluating training events.
• Knowledge of HR processes, such as appraisals.
• IT literacy and good knowledge of IT Packages (Microsoft Office).
• Understanding NHS initiatives and lean concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training content, remotely and face-to-face.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and leads to build staff capabilities.
• Create immersive learning experiences aligned to organisational objectives.
• Support development reviews and progression opportunities for employees.
