Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a People Development Trainer to join our Training Team. You will deliver Leadership & Management and Learning & Development training across the Trust, inspiring colleagues at all levels with engaging content delivered face-to-face and remotely.

You will collaborate with fellow trainers and leads to build capabilities aligned with our organisational objectives.

Qualifications

Knowledge of training delivery and development.
Understanding of teaching and learning theory in training.
Planning and evaluating training events for a diverse workforce.
Knowledge of training media and flexible access to training.
Understanding HR processes such as appraisals.
IT literate; proficient with Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of NHS initiatives and service improvement concepts.
Familiar with psychometric tools for development.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training content across Leadership & Management and Learning & Development.
Translate immersive learning for remote and face-to-face delivery.
Collaborate with trainers and leads to build capability aligned to organisational goals.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-quality training service.
